Quality of life is under attack here in Jersey City. A lack of enforcement, political will, and lackluster leadership has left residents wondering, "Is our City filled with Trash?" As Councilman, Patrick will work everyday to address our Quality of life issues for all residents.

Patrick's Plan:

• Work with neighborhood groups to establish new location for new state of the art trash bins - yes, with lids.

• We will follow that up with a sanitation plan from DPW to establish trash pick up in a routinely manner - at least twice a day.

• We will work to fund the CAISD so that we can increase the number of daily trash litter staff so we can have a clean commercial district
